Indication

Maca was already cultivated by the Incas 2000 years ago. Maca root is still consumed in the daily diet, such as porridge or fermented beverage ("maca chicha").

Dosage

Take 1 ampoule per day, pure or diluted in half a glass of water.
Shake the vial before use.
